Central Phoenix is quite unique. It is home to a range of independent artists, photographers, designers, web designers, writers, etc. who benefit from working together and are willing to grow through this model of collaboration but don’t have the space to do so in a professional manner.
In my own process of looking for space, I found it expensive and a huge risk to go at it alone. To lower this risk, I decided teaming up with other creatives at one central location is a sound business solution. Each small business/individual’s risk is low, your monthly fees are less than that of renting on your own and you still get the creative input from creatives who love Phoenix. The collaboration of a close-knit, open, highly inspirational creative group is what makes the CO+HOOTS model succeed.
